The villa Annonciade is an accommodation offered for rent by the week which is located on the heights of Ile Rousse, on the Semaphore hill. It is located about 1 km from Napoleon beach and 2 km from the port of Ile Rousse. It is a huge contemporary villa that offers all the modern comforts to holidaymakers. Guests will have access to free Wi-Fi, a private outdoor swimming pool, a gym, free private parking and more.

Guests will enjoy a panoramic view of the sea, the coast, the Agritates desert and the Corsican Cape. The strategic position of the villa also allows you to easily discover the most important places in Balagne, such as the Agritates desert or the Ostriconi beach and its wild setting. From the house, it is easy to reach the Leclerc shopping centre, the beaches of Bodri, the town centre of Ile Rousse and the Ostriconi beach. You will also enjoy the quiet atmosphere of the area.

Description of the villa

The villa Annonciade is a 137 m² living space that can accommodate up to 6 people. It includes:

• • A master bedroom with 180×200 cm bed, a dressing room and a bathroom equipped with an Italian shower and a bathtub offering a superb view of the sea;
  • Two bedrooms with beds of 160×200 cm with a bathroom including a shower and WC;
  • A living room, a lounge and a dining area;
  • A fully equipped kitchen and a laundry room;
  • 3 terraces, including one shaded, one covered and one located in full sun;
  • A garage and two parking spaces;

This villa has a large screen HD TV and air conditioning. Linen is also provided. To ensure the safety of occupants, this accommodation is equipped with a security system that includes an alarm with video surveillance, access by digicode.

To increase the capacity to 10 to 14 people, this Annonciade villa can be extended with two extra flats. Each apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. Each flat has two bedrooms, one with a 140×190 cm bed and the other with two 90×190 cm beds. The extra accommodation also has a living/dining room with an open kitchen and is equipped with a shower room.

The facilities available in the villa

The villa is equipped to provide every comfort to its occupants during their stay. In the kitchen: an electric oven, basic utensils, a fridge, a microwave, a dishwasher, a toaster and an electric kettle. The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing facilities (ironing board and iron). The bathroom is already equipped with toiletries, hairdryer, etc.

Rental rates for the villa

The rates applied for the rental of the villa vary according to the season. For 6 people, the price ranges from €1,596 to €4,788 :

• • April: €1,596 per week
  • May: €1,995 per week
  • June: €2,394 per week
  • July 4 to July 25: €4,389 per week
  • July 25 to August 22: €4,788 per week
  • August 22 to September 1: €2,394 per week
  • September: €2,394 per week
  • October: €1,995 per week.

The two extra flats are available to holidaymakers for a rental of more than 6 people and up to 14 people. In this case, there is an additional charge of € 15 to € 30 per day per person. In April, May, June, September and October, the supplement is €15 per day per person, while in July and August it is €30 per day per person.

A cleaning deposit is required on arrival. This sum will be returned at the end of the stay if the villa is returned in the same condition as it was on arrival.

Important points to know

Pets are not allowed in Villa Annonciade. The organisation of parties and events is not allowed. Special requests are sometimes accepted, subject to availability. These may incur additional costs. It is important to specify these requests prior to arrival by contacting the hotel directly.

Children are welcome in the villa. However, the villa cannot accommodate cots or extra beds.

A deposit is required on arrival. Payment is made in cash. If no damage is found in the villa when the guests leave, the refund will be made by bank transfer within 7 days.
